Our Process

A simple, collaborative route from first conversation to a finished digital history experience.

Return home →

Clear stages, careful research, and a finished visitor experience that is easy to launch.

We keep the process practical and collaborative, so heritage partners know what is happening at each stage without needing to manage a complex production.

01

Initial conversation

We begin by understanding the site, the audience, the story you want to tell, and any practical requirements around access, interpretation or promotion.

02

Research and script writing

The experience is shaped into a clear, engaging visitor journey, with historically grounded scripts written for listening rather than reading.

03

Production

Once the script is agreed, we prepare the audio experience for launch, including narration, structure, visitor instructions and supporting digital content.

04

Launch and support

After launch, the experience can be promoted by the site, council or heritage partner, giving visitors an easy way to explore the history in their own time.
